Hi there, welcome to Queenswood National Real Estate Ltd. and the profile of Anastasia Kuzyk.
My name is Anastasia Marlis Kuzyk and I am Finnish and Ukranian (forgive the long name) or ultimately, Canadian. I have recently joined this great team of Realtors and I look forward to sharing my wealth of experience in sales and my enthusiasm with both them and with you!
I spent my youth north of Cobourg, a rural community one hour east of Toronto, where I lived with my family on a ten acre hobby farm. I began experiencing the important, supportive guidance of real estate professionals at a young age, as I moved with my parents around Southern Ontario while riding horses hunter/jumper on the national circuit. Meanwhile, my passion for animals and the outdoors developed into a love of ecology, and I began working for the MNR in 1997. While teaching English riding lessons and managing a stable of fifty horses, I spread my social network to envelop the bio-diversity field.
From 1997 to 2002, I performed volunteer bird and wildlife surveys at Long Point and other parks in Ontario, and worked as a naturalist conducting natural history walks, ecology slide shows, spirit walks, children's programs, and wolf howls in Presqu'ile Provincial Park and Algonquin Provincial Park. I had to decide between continuing my education at University of Ottawa in Sciences and a full-time job as group education program coordinator with the Friends of Algonquin. I devoted myself to the Park, for I realized that the big city was not the place for me. This brought me to Barry's Bay and Wilno, first as a naturalist, as we enjoyed the occasional trip out of the woods of Algonquin to hear live music and enjoy a pint with friends. Shortly after visiting Wilno, I fell in love with the area and I decided that I never wanted to leave.
Ever since then, I have been enjoying the natural beauties in the Madawaska Valley while fishing, hiking, dog-sledding, and running. Meanwhile, I have been working as a bartender at the Wilno Tavern, becoming more acquainted with both the people and the history of the area and gaining valuable experience as an entrepreneur. Over the last seven years of customer service, I realized that I have the attributes to become a great real estate salesperson; I am incredibly motivated (almost a workaholic), dependable, honest, and a perfectionist. Plus, my most important qualities I hope to share with you: great care, compassion, and humour.
If you would like to meet me for guidance and inspiration with your real estate endeavours and a truly warm welcoming to Madawaska Valley, please call me (613)756-8073 or (613)633-9060 or email me anastasia-sells@hotmail.com or check out my webpage: anastasia-sells.spaces.live.com.
